Alotaishansaid thatthis trendwill lead toeasier access tolicensesin those activities, according tothe Secretariatannouncedduring thetwenty-four hours, which meansto overcome themany challengesfaced bythe owners of thesecommercial activities, as well astobring aboutflexibilityinadministrative performancein the field ofgrantingcommercial license.He explainedthat the decisioninvolves amodern visionandunderstandingof the nature ofeconomic performance andnecessities, and supportsto facilitate theproceduresand minimize,tothe benefit ofthe business sector,also reflectsthe keenness ofthe Secretariat toimprove thebusiness environment,throughpractical and serioussteps.
Alotaishanpredictedthat the decisionwill contributeinfavorstimulate businessgrowthin the region,pointing out that theeastern regionSecretariatthankson behalf ofHis Excellency thebusinesssecretary of easternEngineerFahad binMohammedal-Jubeirof the effortsto improvetrade and investmentenvironment in the region.
This includesthe decision to cancelthe technicaldisclosurerequests forprofessionallicenses, including:the transfer of ownership,renewal,cancellation,add a record,andfor34commercial activityin the municipality ofAl Khobar, Dhahran,east and west ofDammam,to facilitate access tolicenseswithin 24 hours,a preludeto the governmentelectronics,buildingonDammamMunicipalitycenterexperience,whichhas been the leaderin the application ofthe idea.
He noted theChairman of the ChamberSecretariatorientationshift towards"e-government"transactionsand put theminto practice,and thatthese willno doubtto encourageallgovernment agenciesto endcatch upelectronicgovernmentrequirements.
